Bought and sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2020 in Nashua, NH.

We have lived in Southern New Hampshire for quite some time so have made several real estate transactions over the years. We were lucky enough to find a home listed by Theresa some time ago which proved to be a smooth transaction. We were young and new to real estate dealings. Buying a home is complicated and even a bit intimidating - but I had a sense of Theresa taking me under her wing . There was never any doubt she was looking out for our best interest. Because of this positive experience, when it was time to sell some property, we naturally called on Theresa. Her research and proposals to be sure the property was appropriately priced was exceptionally comprehensive . Just this past November, 2020, we were in a position to sell estate property. Theresa was wonderful to work with. Both my husband and I felt comfortable with her from our first meeting. She was warm and enthusiastic. Her experience and professionalism was evident throughout the process. She communicated with us via phone, Zoom, and email in a timely manner. At the time of our sale, society was knee-deep in the COVID-19 pandemic. Theresa took care to ensure that prospective buyers who viewed our home wore masks and gloves, and she disinfected prior to leaving. This was our first time selling a home, and Theresa walked us through it, answering all of our questions and making us feel comfortable with the process.
